Hello friends, This is my second blog on academics. On my view writing  is the most powerful tool to everyone to express their thoughts. Our evaluation system also stick with writing methodology more for assessing students. So I can simply say that knowledge and fluency in writing is the important thing for everyone. Especially for teachers,  they have to prepare their children to use language properly in all aspects. As an english teacher for primary beginners Iam the first one to introduce them writing because they can get exposure towards alphabets, they can sing rhymes and some can identify few letters before their schooling, but they develop their psycho motor skills and learn writing in their school only. So I  think I have to do more for my children.   I strongly believe that I can make my students to understand and write words and simple sentences in the primary beginning level.I need to concentrate on their calligraphic skill too.   ...

 Hello everyone...                    This is Varunani Ra Na from Tamilnadu. Iam working as a secondary grade teacher in municipal primary school, Nagappattinam. Iam working with two more teachers in my school. Not only pandemic period a challenge for me, when I was in my first maternity leave many of my school kids went off to somewhere schools thinking that I left my school. When I was back to school I had to set things on its way. I planned to get my school kids and more kids back, so decided to have something special in my school.           I had a meeting with my colleagues  and we planned to have a smart board in our school.
